Guidance and rules
All vehicles entering the show must be insured, serviced and maintained in accordance with the minimum statutory requirements for UK law. All drivers must hold a valid UK driving licence for the category of the vehicle they are driving.
The show committee reserves the right to ask exhibitors to show driving licences and insurance certificates on request. The speed limit on site is 5mph. Persons driving on the show site shall do so in a safe manner and in accordance with the rules of the show committee and UK highway law. Failure to comply will result in exhibitors being asked to leave the show site.
There are to be no vehicle movements on the show site between 9.00 am and 5.00pm. Except in extreme circumstances with the permission of the show management or when part of a display or demonstration. This must be done under the supervision of an appointed member of the show personnel.
If you are held up or have mechanical issues which result in you arriving late to the show please telephone me so arrangements can be made to get your exhibit onto the show site. All vehicles used to transport exhibits will be parked in a separate area.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We are a volunteer-led charity with a positive attitude. We expect our staff and the public to treat one another with politeness and mutual respect. Nobody should be subjected to violent, threatening or abusive behaviour. Anybody falling below this expectation will be asked to leave.
