To ensure that everyone can access and enjoy the Penistone Agricultural Show, we are pleased to operate an official carer’s scheme. This is offered to those who need somebody to accompany them to readily access the Penistone Agricultural Show and its services through the means of mobility and guidance.
Official carers are able to access the show free of charge using a pre-organised carer’s ticket. Carer’s tickets can be obtained by application using the link below. One carer ticket per full paying adult requiring additional assistance.

All official carers must be a registered carer/PA, supporting documentation and photo ID is required for the issuing of a carers ticket and must be available for review on the gate on show day.

*1 of the following should be submitted through the application and be available to be shown on show day
- Middle or Higher Rate DLA for care and/or mobility
- Receipt of personal independence payment (PIP)
- Recognised assistance dog ID card

- Older persons bus pass – funded by the government of the United Kingdom
