Important Information
All vehicles which cannot be parked within their allocated boundary must be moved to the Trade Stand car park before 08:30. No vehicle movement is then allowed between 08:30 and 17:00 on Show Day.

Sub-letting of space is not allowed. THIS INCLUDES COLLECTING FOR CHARITIES UNLESS BY PRIOR AGREEMENT WITH THE TRADE STAND SECRETARY.
Charitable or other institutions wishing to make appeals for contributions to their funds MUST HAVE THE RELEVANT LICENCES IN PLACE – A copy of the license must be sent to the Trade Stand Section Secretary asap.

You are responsible for personal possessions and any trade items.

It is the responsibility of the applicant that they comply with all current and relevant regulations relating to their activities on the showground.

Copies of documentation may be requested at any given time.

** Your Public Liability Insurance and Risk Assessment forms MUST BE INCLUDED with your Application Forms. **

IN CONSIDERATION OF ALL OUR TRADE STANDS NO GENERATORS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE SHOWGROUND UNLESS THEIR DETAILS ARE DISCUSSED WITH THE TRADE STAND SECRETARY PRIOR TO APPLICATION.

Food & Drink Regulations
1. YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO ADHERE TO RELEVANT FOOD REGULATIONS

2. ALL ALCOHOL SALES MUST BE COVERED BY A ‘TENS’ LICENCE – IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND A COPY OF THE LICENCE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SHOW TO THE TRADE STAND SECRETARY AT THE ADDRESS BELOW

3. TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH DECLARED MENU & FOOD SAFETY REGULATIONS, AUDITS MAY BE CARRIED OUT ON SHOW DAY

All Vehicles, Guy Ropes, ‘A’ Frames, Steps, Awnings and any other equipment required to manage your stand MUST BE contained within the plot you request on this application form and NOT encroach on adjacent areas.

GARAGE - The display of motor vehicles and caravans, and any vehicle related accessories.
GENERAL - The purpose of sales and exhibitions of goods or services, which do not fall under other categories.
AGRICULTURAL - The display of agricultural machinery, produce and accessories or goods, etc.
FOOD VENDORS - Comprise of stand holders who sell food & drink for immediate consumption. Traders who fall into this category should complete the food vendor application and tender available at https://penistoneshow.com/food-stands/
